How the website inquiry tool works
The website contact form prepares an email draft in your browser. Entering details or selecting “Prepare email” does not submit those details to Hughes & Smith or send an email. You choose whether to open the draft in your email application or copy the message, then review and send it yourself. We receive the inquiry only if you send it to us. Your email application and email provider handle the message under their own terms and privacy practices.
Website operation, cookies, and tracking
The current website does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies added by Hughes & Smith. Its inquiry and project-filter tools do not save your entries in browser local storage or send them to an analytics service. Hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser or device details, and request times. Their infrastructure may use operational logs or technologies separately from the website’s own code.
